Outside of enterprise IT, I founded RacquetSuite to solve a real operational gap in a niche, underserved market. Building the platform end-to-end allowed me to apply the same principles I use in enterprise environments, including process optimization, automation, security, and user-centric design, while owning the full product lifecycle from concept to production.
SaaS Platform for Racquet Stringers
Founded and built a comprehensive mobile & web platform for professional stringers, pro shops, and tournament teams. Features include job management, inventory tracking, customer communication, and analytics.
Led IT implementations for multiple sports facilities including pickleball and table tennis venues, implementing booking systems, payment processing, and facility management software.
Delivered technology solutions for major financial institutions including PNC Bank and TD Bank, focusing on infrastructure, security, and compliance.
Implemented healthcare technology systems at Edison Health, ensuring HIPAA compliance and optimizing patient care systems.
Served as IT Manager for Podplay Technologies (club management software) and Yummie (shapewear e-commerce), managing technology infrastructure, systems operations, and supporting business growth through reliable IT solutions.
